Deep Sea Marine Services brings 30+ years of expertise in commercial, scientific, animal husbandry, public safety, and film‑production diving. We partner with private industry, aquariums, zoos, insurance firms, and local, state, and federal agencies to deliver safe, efficient project outcomes. Our specialties include OSHA compliance, dive‑program development, project management, and full‑scale commercial dive operations.

 

Notably, in 2017 DSMS successfully petitioned the California State OSHA Board to halt proposed diving‑regulation changes—an engagement that led to the adoption of more practical, dive‑specific standards in April 2025
